We all know Serie A can be a hot-tempered environment, but Genoa president Enrico Preziosi may have let the pressure get to him just a little too much.
After rumours circulated that the 65-year-old Italian is looking to sell the club, Preziosi reacted to being followed by a small group of journalists by smashing one journalist's video camera into the ground.
With his club narrowly avoiding relegation to Serie B last season, the owner's mood may not have been at its best.
But in an interview with another Italian press outlet afterwards, Preziosi showed little remorse towards the journalist, saying he apologised but wouldn't refrain from doing it again.
'I removed a camera that was position in an improper fashion,' Preziosi told TGCom afterwards.
'I already apologised and said I’ll pay for the camera. However, it’s not right to ambush people. My reaction might be criticised, but the violence I suffered was worse.
'I will not accept someone filming me in secret and then ambushing me. In that context, I would indeed do it again.'
