Zinedine Zidane’s priority this summer is to lure Gareth Bale to Real Madrid, but should that fail the Frenchman looks like he has a handy Plan B up his sleeve.

                    

The 40-year-old once again donned the Real Madrid shirt as he turned out at the Bernabeu in a legends contest against a team of Juventus ‘veterans.’

The ‘Corazon Classic Match’ didn’t just feature the 1998 World Cup winner though, as the midfielder who retired from the game in 2006 took on another former side in the Serie A outfit.

It could have been a scene from a Champions League encounter a decade ago as the likes of Zidane, Luis Figo and Roberto Carlos for Madrid took on some of Juventus’ former stars including Pavel Nedved and current Barnet player/manager Edgar Davids.
