Emotional Scenes In Madrid As Angel Di Maria Says Goodbye To His Friends (PHOTO)
With Angel Di Maria's move to Manchester Unied looking to be all but done, Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has sent his good wishes to the Argentine.
The 27 year old did not take part in training at Real's Valdebebas complex this morning but instead said his goodbyes to his soon-to-be former team-mates.
"He came in, but this morning he did not train," Ancelotti said. "It is not fully done, but he is close to a transfer.
"He came to say goodbye. We thanked him for what he has done for this team and we wished him luck for the future. It is not official, but it is resolved."
Marcelo, the Real Madrid left back, has taken to Twitter to say goodbye to his South American friend saying: "Thank you for everything you have done for Madrid! I love you!"
