Diego Maradona denied visa to enter US to go to Disney World with his family

Arguably the greatest soccer player in the history of the game — and a certified crazy man — Diego Armando Maradona has been denied a visa to enter the United States for a Disney World vacation with his 4-year-old grandson.

"El Diego," 52, was hoping to travel from his current location in Dubai, enter the US and spend a few days at the Magic Kingdom with the grandson, one of his daughters and his new soccer-playing girlfriend Rocio Oliva who is 30 years younger than him.

The grandson, by the way, is the child of his daughter Giannina and ex-boyfriend Sergio Agüero, of Manchester City. Agüero broke it off with Giannina a few months ago.

It is understood that the visa refusal was a political decision due to his poor relationship with the country.

“[Maradona's] relationship with the US has never been good. His friendships with Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez and other enemies of the US stopped him being given permission before.

“It was a bit of a kick in the teeth for Diego. The family were really excited about the holiday.”

This also isn't the first time Maradona has been denied entry into the US. A source close to the story for The Sun revealed the following:
