Sportunes reported during the day the arrival of Champions league winning coach Roberto Di Matteo in Lagos (HERE). The Italian was invited to Brilla fm's 'raise your banner' event at the Aquatic Hotels, water parks in Ikeja, Lagos.
The event which is an annual all fans party which Brilla fm organizes on the eve of a new premier league season, witnessed thousands of fans who were repping their beloved clubs with different kind of kits - jerseys, mufflers, caps, banners e.t.c
Roberto Di Matteo when asked whether he could coach Arsenal, gave a very diplomatic answer
'Arsenal is a big club, Arsene is a great coach with lots of experience.. i respect the fans for their support'
He went ahead to send the crowd abuzz when he ended the statement with the yoruba dialect;
