Rafa Nadal Victorious in the 31st edition of the best rivalry in Sports as he wins thriller against Roger Federer

It was a fantastic evening in Cincinnati as Rafa Nadal took on defending champion of the Southern and Western masters 1000 Roger Federer series which the Spaniard won in a thrilling fashion 5-7, 6-4, 6-3. Both Athletes are arguably the best their sport has ever seen as they clashed for the 31st time in their career.

Nadal, last week’s champion in Montreal, has now extended his winning streak on hard courts in 2013 to 13-0. Federer, meanwhile, was denied his first ATP World Tour Masters 1000 title since hoisting the trophy here last year. The quarter-final was his 60th at the Masters 1000 level in his career.
