Yesterday, Sportunes reported a sad tale of Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain requiring about ten stitches on his face after falling on a rock (HERE).
We'v managed to lay our hands on a picture that explains all what the former Madrid striker is going through at the Capilupi medical centre in Italy. The freaky accident seems to have made the most impact on the left side of his face with his jaw area being plastered and left eye appearing to be swollen.
