Totti shines as Roma continue run at Inter

No Totti No Party! as its always said by the AS Roma fans;but the 'Totti' party was well set-up by no other than the Ivorian wizard Gervinho who has found a new home in the eternal city of Rome; an assist and a penalty being created by the former gunner gave Italian and Roma legend Totti a brace which the Italian dint hesitate to claim; taking it with so much joy and Fulfillment. The night dint end on a scoring note for the visitors as they added a third through Alessandro Florenzi before the stroke of half-time. It did end sour though for the Romans as Federico Balzaretti received his marching orders late on after a wayward challenge on Ricky Alvarez which earned him a second yellow card; leaving coach Rudi Garcia leave with all 3points. Walter Mazzari's inter suffer their 1st Scudetto Loss this season. Roma on their own have 7 wins out of 7.

Napoli 4-0 Livorno

After being  outclassed at the Emirates; Rafael benitez lead Napoli to thrashing ways as they defeated visitors Livorno on home soil. Goran Pandev and Gokhan Inler scored in the first 30 minutes for Napoliwith Dries Mertens providing the assists; Former Galatico Jose Callejon and Napoli favourite Marek Hamsik netted after the break to shoot them to second place on the Log.

Juventus 3-1 AC Milan


Suley Muntari's early strike had got the Italian league follower's thinking Milan had finally gotten out of their early season stutter but a delightful well struck free-kick by Italy's and Former Milan midfield marshall Andrea Prilo got the Biaconneri back on track. The Old Lady didn't back down, after the half time break, home boy and fan favorite Sebastian Giovinco came off the bench to give the defending champions a deserved lead. Milan failed to learn from their previous deeds in not giving silly free-kicks away in an Andrea Pirlo range, they got punished yet again by the 33 year old whose set piece hit the cross bar making defender Giorgio Chiellini shoot straight into the net from the rebound. With One defender celebrating; It was despair for another as Milan defender Phillipe Mexes got booked for a second time leading to his sending off for a reckless challenge on Giovinco. Suley Muntari did get his second due to a deflection off Bonucci; but that couldn't save Milan's blushes has they now seat 12th in the league table.

Hellas Verona climbed to fifth with a 4-1 win at Bologna as the newly promoted side continued their impressive form; Goals from Fabrizio Cacciatore and Juan Iturbe had given Hellas Verona a 2-0 lead at half time, and although former Westham United player Alessandro Diamanti scored a penalty for Bologna, further strikes from Luca Toni and Jorginho sealed their win; making the Italian league hit man Toni get his third of the season after his week one brace against Milan.

Atalanta condemned Chievo to their fifth league defeat of the season with a 1-0 victory in Verona.

Sampdoria remain in the bottom three after a 2-2 draw with Torino but were left reeling after they had a goal disallowed as the referee blew the whistle for half time just seconds before they scored.

Other results saw goals from Danilo and Antonio Di Natale help Udinese to a 2-0 win over Cagliari,while Parma beat struggling Sassuolo 3-1.

And Lazio and Fiorentina played out a goalless draw,while the spoils were also shared between Catania and Genoa,which finished at 1-1.*dozes*
