News has been going round that Super Eagles stalwart John Mikel Obi has been duped of an outrageous N 100 Million. The Chelsea midfielder was reported to have inspected a property which he was really impressed about and proceeded in giving his friend a cheque of N100m to purchase it. His friend has since activated *ghost mode* as he disappeared into thin air after clearing all the money to the barest kobo.
Rumour has it that Mikel is going to report the case to the police probably after the crucial qualifier match against Ethopia today, but if the 'CAF African footballer of the year elect' doesn't follow up the case, who is going to blame him? Every week, he bags in a cheque of N25 Million from Chelsea, so whether he plays football or not, he's certain of making that 100 Million Naira back in 1 Month.
